“I enjoyed the overall look and feel of the salon. It was very clean, well lit, and open. My stylist was amazing! I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she was able to create exactly what I pictured. She helped me work out what would look best with my shape face and hairline. A great experience! I have never been happier with any other hair cut. I'm not sure you could do anything to make your salon better. I had my 4 year old daughter with me and a different stylist put on a temporary tattoo and gave her paper and things to color with. She was able to enjoy herself too! I would definitely recommend your salon to a friend!"

"The salon is adorable! I love the color palette of blues and browns and thought the outside sign was wonderful! I've known my stylist for a few years now and she always does a great job and makes me feel very comfortable. I was offered coffee and magazines and got the "me" time I crave now that I have 2 young children. My stylist is extremely friendly and definitely listens to what the customer wants."

It is a comfortable feel of never leaving your home. My stylist was wonderful. She listened, and shared her knowledge with me to help me with my much damaged hair! Excellent service!! [The salon] was so quaint and comfortable...My stylist was personable and experienced...it was nice to NOT have to walk her through a hair style, instead she had the confidence to use her own creativity and it was beautiful!! "I really like the look of the salon! The colors you used for the walls, shelving and assessories work very well together and make the interior very welcoming! I also love the tray ceilings! Absolutely beautiful! My stylist was ver friendly! It was wonderful to have someone with so much knowledge and help me decide what length would help compliment my face! I also really liked how she explained different reasons for using different style sheers, and giving me tips of how to add more volume to my hair. She explained thoroughly what processes it would involve to get the color I want. " I liked the feel of the salon, it has character, it's not commercial feeling. I won't go to the francise salons because they feel very impersonal. I'm probably the biggest pain in the butt when it comes to my hair! Before coming to your salon I had been having my hair done at [another salon]. I came in for a cut and low lights. Kristine and I looked through the color swatches and I didn't see what I was looking for, but selected the one I felt was closest to what I had previously had. Kristine new exactly what I was talking about. I have strawberry blonde hair with a lot of copper in it already, so I didn't want anything with more copper. When she came back out with the color she said "I whipped up something special". It looks great! I booked a Keratin treatment the week after xmas and also booked my next cut and low-lights in 6 weeks. I think for a new salon you guys are headed in the right direction. I love it! It's not huge like other salons where you just feel mixed in with everyone else, it's very homey. My stylist is amazing! It seems every time I go in I want soemthing different and she nails it every time and knows exactly what I'm talking about! C.M. 11/02/11

I really liked Tresses. I thought it was comfortable and light, so you could see what your hair would naturally look like, instead of under harsh lighting like some other places have been to. I loved my stylist and she did an amazing job with my hair! She was definitely friendly and knew what she was talking about. She listened to what I wanted and I really liked her input as well. I got exactly what I asked for and everything went really well. I did book another appointment because my bangs grew out again. I've also recommended you to a couple friends already! :) J.G. 11/2/11
I am very happy with the service I get at Tresses. I followed Amy here from another salon because she does a great job on my haircuts. She knows what I like and I am always happy with the cut she gives me. If I want anything different all I have to do is tell her and she will do it. You have all been very accommodating. The salon was great. I love the fact it is small and quaint. It has a rustic feel. I thought Christine was very nice and the other stylist was very nice as well. They were both engaging. I just found my new salon! I'm very happy.The overall look and feel of the salon is very nice and comfortable, warm & friendly. My stylist was very friendly and knowledgeable, and listens and made sure this is what I wanted for a hair style. Today my stylist was Kayla, and I just have to say I have not been this happy with my hair in YEARS!! It looks amazing. Kayla was very accommodating and listened to all my concerns and requests. I have been searching for a hair stylist that I feel confident and comfortable with and was very happy with Kayla. She understood my, not so clear wants, as well as offering her own suggestions. I was, on several occasions offered a beverage and anything else I needed to make my appointment more relaxing, it was great. I did not book another appointment as I am starting a new job and I am not sure what my schedule will be, however I will most definitely be using Kayla again. :) I will certainly be recommending everyone I know as my experience was the best I have had a salon in a very long time. I want you to know how happy I am to be a customer at your salon. I am someone that does not like anyone touching, combing, or basically doing anything to my hair. I told Kayla that she passed my test. She is gentle, does not hurt my head! She is professional, personable, has taught me about my hair care and listens to me instead of forcing her style on me. I feel welcome when I go to the salon. I have never been offered something to drink at any other salon. Your salon is different in appearance and atmosphere and very comfortable. I had my first service on Friday with Kayla. I wasn't sure at first but after I got home, I totally LOVE it. I'm looking forward to my next appointment to see what else she can do for me.
